PARTB: Face it, battle it and Emerge as a Winner
Challenges are there in everyone’s life. Unless you haven’t faced any challenges then you haven't faced or seen life. Coming from a middle-class background, I understood the value of money and good education when I was young. Struggling hard between managing home expenses and my dream of doing something big my mom sacrificed everything. She made sure I studied well and never compromised on my happiness. She was very strict regarding studies and I didn’t make her regret for that. Scoring good percentages in boards I went to do engineering from a reputed college in West Bengal. I travelled daily for around 140kms but that didn’t let me down for anything. I consistently scored good in my engineering days along with achieving good in extracurricular activities. Starting from event head in Techfest to core committee member in cultural committee I tried to contribute in every possible way.
I was one of the very few students to bag two jobs and finally join TCS in Kolkata. The life was challenging their and it made a very good learning for me. I learned many skills which I already had in me like team building, collaborative work, leaderships in my workplace. I got promoted twice in two years with the highest performance band of A. I was also made the team lead of an implementation project and I executed every bit of it to my highest knowledge.
Life hasn't been easy but unless you taste that sweat of your success doesn’t taste sweet. So, our duty is to work hard and face challenges results will come automatically.
